Email to PDF reads a saved .eml file in your browser and produces a paginated PDF: a typographed header with From, To, Date and Subject, the body with its inline images, and attachments listed by name and size rather than converted. Remote content is never loaded, so no server learns you opened it. Outlook's .msg format is refused by name with the .eml export route explained.

Why email becomes PDF

What the PDF contains
A typographed header block — From, To, Cc, Date, Subject — then the body with the email's own inline images, and a manifest of attachments by name and size. Where an email offers both HTML and plain text, HTML renders with plain as the fallback.
The privacy posture, plainly
Remote images in marketing email exist partly to report that you opened the message. Here remote content is never loaded — placeholders mark where it was — so converting an email announces nothing to anyone's server. How do I get an .eml file?

Are attachments inside the PDF?
Listed, not converted — the attachment files themselves are not inside this PDF. Save them separately and file them beside it.
Why do some images show as placeholders?
