One-liner: UnboundPDF is a free, privacy-first browser PDF toolkit at unboundpdf.com. Documents are processed locally in the browser and are not uploaded.
Boilerplate (≈90 words)
UnboundPDF is a free suite of 53 PDF and image tools that run entirely in the browser — merge, split, compress, edit text in the document's own font, OCR in 126 languages, redact, sign, convert and archive to PDF/A. Documents are read and written by the page on the user's own device; there is no document-upload endpoint in the core tools, no account, no watermark and no daily cap. Its Workspace runs several tools on one document and writes a Document Passport — a SHA-256 record of every step that anyone can recompute against the file. Every published figure is dated and measured, and the Privacy Lab shows reviewers how to check the no-upload claim themselves in two minutes.

Performance and capability claims
If you need to describe how UnboundPDF behaves on large documents, take the wording from the technical deep dive rather than paraphrasing. It carries the dated benchmark tables across three browser engines, the operations we watched finish, and — in the same page — everything the benchmark could not measure.
Scope for reviewers
UnboundPDF places drawn or typed signature images, not PKCS #7 certificate signatures. Benchmarks are published with their date, browser engine and machine; phone figures were taken by hand. Please quote the product pages rather than paraphrasing features.
