Reporting a bug or a file that will not work
To help us fix things quickly, it is useful (but never required) to include:
- Which tool you were using (for example "Compress PDF").
- What you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
- Your browser and device (for example "Chrome on Windows", or "Safari on iPhone").
- Any error message shown on screen.
Please do not email us your actual document, especially if it is sensitive. Because the tools run entirely in your browser, we cannot access your files and we do not need them to help. A description of the problem — or a small, non-sensitive sample that reproduces it — is much safer and just as useful.
What we can and can't see
We have no server that receives your files and no analytics watching your session, so we will not know a tool misbehaved unless you tell us. That is exactly why a quick email helps. You can read more on the Privacy page.
