Sign PDFLite
Draw your signature and embed it. This is not a PKCS digital certificate signature.
Sign PDF places your drawn signature on any page of a PDF — draw it, position it, save — with the file never leaving your device. It is a visible signature image; for a certificate-based signature use a signing service.
Sign PDF adds a handwritten-style signature to a document. Draw, type, or upload your signature once, then place it exactly where it is needed. Sign PDF is one of UnboundPDF's 53 free browser-based PDF and image tools: it runs on your own device with no upload, no account and no watermark, and reports what it measured on the output.

Questions about Sign PDF 6
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. UnboundPDF processes PDFs locally in the browser — documents are not uploaded to a server. We have no backend that receives, stores, or scans your files.
Is this a legally binding digital signature?
It adds a visual signature image to the page, which suits most everyday agreements. It is not a cryptographic (PKCS #7) digital certificate signature, so it does not carry that kind of tamper-evidence.
Can I reuse the same signature in more than one spot?
Yes. Once created, you can place your signature on any page and resize each placement independently.
How do I create my signature?
Draw it with a mouse or finger, then place it where it belongs on the page.
Can I position and resize the signature?
Yes. Move it to the right spot and scale it to fit the signature line.
Is this a legally binding e-signature?
It adds a visible signature to the document. It is not a certificate-based digital signature, so check whether your recipient requires one.

How your files are handled
The work runs on your own device, inside the browser tab — so there is no server to send your document to.
- Nothing is uploaded. We have no backend that receives or stores documents, so we cannot see your files during processing or after.
- Your device does the work. Large documents are handled in stages, pages are rendered as you reach them, and each job is checked against your device before it starts — so a long run takes longer on a phone than on a laptop, nothing is queued behind other people's jobs, and you can stop a run at any point without touching your original file.
- No account and no watermark. The output is a clean file you can use anywhere, with no sign-up and no hourly cap.
