Exhibit Stamper labels each PDF as an exhibit — "Exhibit A", "Plaintiff's Exhibit 12", or your own wording — at the position, size and rotation you choose, with an optional cover sheet, and auto-increments across a batch (letters continue past Z to AA). It downloads the stamped files and an exhibit index as CSV, all processed on your device.
Exhibit Stamper puts an exhibit label on a document or on a whole batch, incrementing the label on its own — A, B, C through Z and on to AA and AB, or plain numbers. You choose the wording, the corner, the rotation and the size, and can add a cover sheet in front of each file. An exhibit index is produced alongside.

How to use Exhibit Stamper
- Add the files in exhibit order; drag the rows to change it.
- Write the label, using {exhibit} where the letter or number belongs — for example Plaintiff's Exhibit {exhibit}.
- Choose letters or numbers, the first label, the corner, the rotation and the size, and whether to add a cover sheet.
- Click Stamp exhibits, then download the stamped file or the ZIP of the batch with its index.
Good to know: Labels are real text; letter sequences continue past Z to AA, AB, and so on.
Questions about Exhibit Stamper 7
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. UnboundPDF processes PDFs locally in the browser — documents are not uploaded to a server. We have no backend that receives, stores, or scans your files.
What comes after Exhibit Z?
AA, then AB, AC and so on — the sequence an exhibit index and a spreadsheet column both use. It never rolls into a punctuation character or into A1.
Can I start at a letter other than A?
Yes. Set the first exhibit to any letter or number and the batch counts on from there, so a second tranche can continue where the first stopped.
Can the label read up the side of the page?
Yes. The rotation setting turns the stamp by a quarter, a half or three quarters, and it still lands in the corner you picked.
What is on the cover sheet?
The exhibit label in large type, with the file name under it, on a page the same size as the document's first page.
Is every page stamped, or only the first?
The first page of each file by default, which is the usual convention. Choose "Every page of each file" to stamp all of them.
What is in the exhibit index?
One row per exhibit: the label, the file name and the page count, as a CSV that opens in any spreadsheet.

How your files are handled
The work runs on your own device, inside the browser tab — so there is no server to send your document to.
- Nothing is uploaded. We have no backend that receives or stores documents, so we cannot see your files during processing or after.

Large documents are handled in stages, pages are rendered as you reach them, and each job is checked against your device before it starts — so a long run takes longer on a phone than on a laptop, nothing is queued behind other people's jobs, and you can stop a run at any point without touching your original file.
